Our larger, more expensive competitor's present qualifications of senior staff in their proposals, but often times leave less experienced staff to do the work with minimal supervision. Our lower overhead also allows us to keep our billing rates reasonable for senior and experienced technical professionals. Our owners have a broad range of experience at both large and small construction firms, and we therefore provide big company experience with small company costs.
